The Very Private Life of Mister Sim (2015)

Mr. Sim considers himself utterly insignificant. His wife walked out, his job evaporated, and when he visits his father in a remote corner of Italy, even Dad can't spare time for lunch. Then an unexpected opportunity lands: a cross-France journey selling toothbrushes supposedly poised to “revolutionize oral-dental hygiene.” He seizes the gig as a chance to reconnect with childhood friends, reunite with his first great love and her daughter, and stumble into astonishing revelations—ultimately discovering himself along the way.
