The Laughing Man (1989)

Yusuf Şaplak appears to be an average guy, except for one unusual problem: he simply can’t stop laughing. A young, idealistic doctor takes on his case, determined to find a cure for the mysterious condition that has turned Yusuf’s life upside down.
