Betty Boop rolls her traveling department store into the backwoods of Hillbillyville, bringing modern wonders to the mountain folk. But instead of using the shiny gadgets as intended, the locals get creative—turning vacuum cleaners into milking machines and radios into chicken roosts. Betty watches in amused disbelief as her inventory gets repurposed for old-fashioned hillbilly life.
