Faultless (2016)

Constance, a forty-year-old real estate agent, is abruptly let go from her position. Left with few choices, she reaches out to the man who once ran the small agency where her career began. To her surprise, he’s hiring—though he warns he may have a candidate in mind. Confident her years of experience and credentials will secure the role, Constance is blindsided when the job goes to Audrey, a younger, more attractive woman.
