After the charter guests leave, they present the crew with an unexpected gift and a bold proposal for extra cash in their tip. Captain Jason rewards everyone with a well-deserved day off, but the time away from the boat does little to ease tensions. Instead, the break only intensifies the ongoing conflicts, and Daisy finally reaches her limit with the constant infighting among the team.
