S18E22 The botched building job that has cost me thousands

Julia Somerville, Louise Minchin, and Gloria Hunniford sit down with a homeowner whose faith in a well-known comparison website was shattered when a builder’s shoddy workmanship turned her property into a disaster zone. Then, the team hears from a woman whose life took a painful turn after a simple trip into a pothole—leaving her with lasting health issues and a devastating hit to her income. Two stories of trust broken and accidents with serious consequences.
