A fleeing driver lobs cans of oil at the police cars chasing him, forcing one unit to spin out and stop. When he’s finally cornered, he fights capture and gets hit with a Taser and pepper spray. Lucy and her dog Bryn take off on a long, tense track of a teen thought to be carrying a weapon, eventually finding him hiding and trembling in a bush. Meanwhile, Charlie and Michael handle a man so desperate to dodge a drug test that he bolts on foot.
