Following a dangerous high-speed pursuit, police deploy a stinger device to finally halt a young driver and his passenger. In addition to reckless driving and evading officers, the motorist is taken into custody for driving without a license or insurance. Elsewhere, a separate incident sees a novice driver involved in a serious crash with a motorcyclist, placing the rider's life in immediate danger.
