In Episode 6, Alex is upset after discovering that Helen has been intimate with Doctor Two Scenes. Following a heated confrontation, Helen decides to leave for Colchester to be with the doctor, while Stephen takes Alex to a brothel in an attempt to distract him from his feelings. The tension between Alex and Helen escalates as they navigate their complicated relationships.
