Olie’s new pogo stick sends things bouncing out of control. Meanwhile, nobody can agree on who actually broke Pappy’s model boat, leading to a flurry of mixed-up accusations. To make matters worse, Zowie feels left out when Olie and Billy start celebrating with their victory dances, leaving her struggling with a twinge of jealousy.
