Ted finds himself smitten with an attractive German executive who is unable to speak English. Fortunately, Veridian is working on a translation device for her firm, facilitating their communication. However, the device’s voice belongs to Phil, much to Ted's dismay, as it disrupts the romantic atmosphere.
