Bobby Flay's Barbecue Addiction (2011)

S03E10 Feast From the Middle East

Juicy lamb shawarma, sliced thin and draped with a smoky red pepper-walnut tahini. A bright salad of honey-glazed grilled figs, salty feta, and crushed pistachios. Tender grilled quail lacquered in tangy pomegranate BBQ. Fresh, herb-packed tabbouleh on the side, plus icy apricot-mint sours to wash it all down.
