After a key witness in a drug-related murder is found dead, Sipowicz and Kelly delve into the case, uncovering a connection to two brothers who are plotting to target Kelly's ex-wife, Laura. Meanwhile, Sipowicz faces an uncomfortable situation when he has to wear a dress uniform that is much too tight for his frame while on uniform duty.
