After discovering that Jabberjaw and the Neptunes have hijacked their popular song "Mochi Mochi," the Japanese pop group Shoyu Weenie decides to seek justice. Unable to reach their preferred authority figure, they reluctantly turn to Harvey for help with their predicament.
