The women decide to seek help for their downcast puppy, George Clooney, by visiting Dr. Deb, a pet therapist and radio host. During the session, Dr. Deb attributes George's troublesome behavior to the women's own issues and assigns them tasks aimed at improving both their lives and their dog's demeanor.
