Sixteen-year-old Ellie suffers a severe fall from her horse, leaving her pinned against a fence. Meanwhile, four-year-old Destiny faces a choking hazard with a fish bone lodged in her throat. Jill, aged 36 and seven weeks pregnant, is experiencing heavy bleeding and is in a critical state.
