Tosha Lampkin is in Shreveport, Louisiana, spending time with relatives. Following a late-night food run, she vanishes without a trace. Authorities later find her charred rental car, which leads to the grim discovery of Tosha's remains. Investigators rely on CCTV footage, the sole piece of evidence, to identify and track down the individuals responsible for her tragic fate.
