On April 14, 2009, the lifeless body of 25-year-old student Julissa Brisman is discovered, shot and restrained, in a luxury hotel room in Boston. Lacking any eyewitnesses, detectives delve into nearby surveillance footage, which leads them to uncover a pattern linked to a serial assailant.
