On August 18, 2015, 36-year-old Carl Starke is brutally murdered outside his residence in St. Augustine, FL. Although no witnesses are present during the incident, neighbors report hearing gunfire. With a probable time of death established, law enforcement begins examining CCTV footage in hopes of identifying the perpetrator behind this chilling crime.
