In Kentucky, 13-year-old David Oakley returns home to discover his stepmother has been killed and his 15-year-old sister, Jenna, is nowhere to be found. Concerned for Jenna's safety, the police urgently work to unravel a series of disturbing videos left by the killer, leading them to uncover a chilling conspiracy.
