Blake Holsey is hosting its first annual pizza party, and attendance is mandatory. But Josie, Corrine, Marshall, Lucas, Vaughn, and Professor Z sense something off—suspecting Durst is using the festivities as a distraction while Victor Pearson sets a scheme into motion. Their instincts prove right when they spot a team of scientists lurking outside the school. Josie's shock turns to amazement as she realizes one of them is her mother, Kelly Trent. Kelly's experiments abruptly hurl Josie through the Wormhole, sending her three hours into the past. Now, racing against the clock, Josie must warn her mom about the impending, lethal electrical discharge before it's too late.
