S01E05 Still Waters, Silent Killer

In Delaware County, Ohio, a trash collector working near Alum Creek Reservoir notices a large plastic tub floating in the water—with what appears to be a human leg protruding from it. The victim is quickly identified as a local father who disappeared just days before. As investigators trace his last known movements—interviewing roommates, reviewing bar surveillance footage, and examining the tote—an ordinary barcode leads them to a shocking discovery: video footage capturing the murder itself. The case cracks wide open, but new questions emerge.
