On November 9, 1883, Marshal Vern Fawcett steps down from his position following the fatal shooting of one of the Holcomb Brothers. Seeking solace and a fresh start, he heads back to Tombstone to reunite with his family and prepare for his upcoming wedding to his beloved girlfriend.
