An IRS agent meets a grim fate while attempting to seize a delinquent taxpayer's yacht, shortly after the CSIs uncover the body of another IRS agent who has also been murdered. With public sentiment against the IRS already high, Horatio faces the daunting task of uncovering the culprit behind these potential murders, all unfolding just before the looming tax deadline.
