S01E03 Surf Meets Turf

Get ready to elevate surf and turf with bold, smoky flavor on Project Smoke! Transform smoked shrimp cocktail with the kick of chipotle chiles and a zesty Yucatan orange sauce; savor fresh trout stuffed with lemon and dill, wrapped in bacon, and smoked on cedar planks; enjoy Santa Maria tri-tip reverse-seared to perfection on a pellet grill; and finish with Chinese tea-smoked duck served up taco-style. It’s a smoky twist on classic favorites!
