The remaining three teams make their way to the Coachella Valley in Southern California, just as a huge country music festival is about to kick off. Chef Tyler Florence gives them a crash course on the region’s prized Medjool dates. Now, each food truck must whip up an original dish featuring the fruit and sell it to hungry festival crowds.
