This time around, Guy’s hitting up three spots for killer sandwiches across the U.S. In Denver, a former auto garage now dishes out regional classics, from Southwestern Green Chiliburgers to Maine lobster rolls. Down in Slidell, Louisiana, there’s a tiny joint tucked under the water tower, serving a Southern Po’ Boy with a twist—house-smoked prime rib. And in Indianapolis, an old Victorian cafe is home to the D’Nai, a signature sandwich packed with pork and kale.
