This time, Guy’s hitting the road for a little taste of it all. In Boulder, Colorado, there’s a crêpe spot piling them 21 layers high with butter rum caramel cake. Over in Rego Park, New York, a Jewish deli serves up third-generation family recipes for stuffed cabbage and kreplach. And in Spokane, Washington, a pub is dishing out a lamb cheese steak braised in stout.
