Guy’s heading off the beaten path to three small towns serving up huge tastes. First stop: a Wisconsin roadside bar piling brisket and crispy pork belly onto epic sandwiches. Next, he’s in Wyoming ski country, where an organic joint whips up an Asian bison bowl and Thai curry soup. Finally, in rural Oregon, a farm-country staple fires up monster burgers and puts a wild spin on pizza.
