The sun is blazing and the waves are pumping as Guy Fieri heads to three top-tier shoreline spots. First stop: Honolulu, where an old pal is serving up fresh poke and smoking pork by the cabinet-load. Then it’s off to San Diego, where two brothers who learned the seafood trade before they had their licenses are dishing out the day’s freshest catch. Finally, Guy lands back on the Big Island at a spot run by a modern-day pirate, plating up globally inspired craft dishes.
