Law enforcement officers and their K9 partners work to calm a troubled individual. Meanwhile, a would-be thief finds himself too drowsy to carry out his plan of stealing a truck. In a separate incident, a baby is saved from a sweltering car lacking air conditioning, but with an alarming number of outstanding warrants.
